What will happen if I move interstate?

This means when a Domestic Violence Order is made in one State or Territory, it automatically has power in all other parts of Australia.

image of police officer You can report any possible breaches of the order to your local police. If you or someone you are with is in immediate danger  call police on Triple Zero (000).
