Các Lệnh Bảo Vệ Chống Bạo Lực Gia Đình được ban hành sau ngày 25 tháng 11 năm 2017 có hiệu lực trên toàn quốc.

This means when a Domestic Violence Order is made in one State or Territory, it automatically has power in all other parts of Australia.

The person who the order is against must follow all the conditions on their order wherever they go in Australia.

If you have a Domestic Violence Order you are still protected, even if you move interstate.

You can report any possible breaches of the order to your local police. If you or someone you are with is in immediate danger  call police on Triple Zero (000).

If a Domestic Violence Order was made before 25 November 2017, get legal advice about what you can do to have the order recognised nationally.
